Veterinary Ireland communicates with its members in a variety of ways – one of these methods of communication which is especially fast and efficient is VetAlert.
Using e-mail, the Organisation is able to send relevant, timely and time-sensitive alerts to all those members for whom it has e-mail addresses. Recent subjects of VetAlerts include the Competition Authority’s report on the Veterinary Profession, UK Avian Flu Outbreak, CVE Early Bird Registrations and instructions to Veterinary Practitioners on Blue Tongue Virus (BTV) and Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD).
If you are a member, but you have not been receiving regular VetAlerts, then it is likely that we haven’t got an up-to-date e-mail address for you. To rectify this, send an e-mail to HQ@vetireland.ie with VETALERT in the Subject Line and include your name, address and Vet Number in the text.
Veterinary Ireland, 13 The Courtyard, Kilcarbery Park, Nangor Road, Dublin 22.
