This module will start with an overview of canine and feline osteoarthritis including a refresher on causes and clinick signs.
Recent developments in the management of this common condition including drug alternative therapies as well as surgical treatment will be covered. An update on practical step by step management of the most common traumatic, developmental and degenerative conditions of the hindlimb such as hip luxations, patella luzation and cranial cruciate ligament rupture will be covered in this module. The final parts of this module will overview the theory and practical applications of external skeletal fixation for common hindlimb fractures.
