The VICAS Winter Conference is returning to the Radisson Blu Galway from the 30 Jan to the 1st Feb 2015

With Exciting lectures on Orthopaedics, Business, Ethics & Social Media, the conference will be a great opportunity for education, networking and fun.

With a full exhibition and social programme, the weekend will be an enjoyable start to 2015 with 12 CVE credits.

This year the Nurses Stream returns on the Saturday plus also an additional CAVI Sheep Medicine & flock health day.

The CAVI Sheep Medicine & Flock Health Day will take place as part of the VICAS Winter Conference at the Radisson Hotel Galway on Friday 30th January.

This excellent day of education starts at Teagasc in athenry with practical sessions looking at Parasitology, ultrasonography, anaesthesia/analgaesia techniques and flock health studies. The afternoon at the Radisson Hotel will continue these themes further. With access to the conference exhibition and an excellent opportunity to network.

 VICAS Symposium 2014

Hearts & Minds … Cardiology, Behaviour & Much More….                         

Date:          May 16-17 2014  

Venue:         Hotel Kilkenny, Kilkenny.

CVE Credits:  12.5

This year’s VICAS Symposium will be a two day event, held in the 4 Star Hotel Kilkenny which is located just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre.  The Symposium will focus on the theme of Hearts and Minds, covering topics of Behaviour, Cardiology, Ethical Questions, Feline Medicine and Top Tips for Practitioners, which will run over two days on Friday 16th and Saturday 17th May, with an exhibition on the Friday only.  As part of the social programme the Symposium Dinner will be held on the Friday night and the VICAS AGM 2014 will take place during the course of the event.
